I loved the room with garden view. Having a spacious shower and a view was a bonus.

The location is great, right by the center of old Shanghai with nice bars and restaurants nearby. The room had amenities like an iron with ironing board, a work desk, and an electric kettle. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast was delicious with a huge variety of outstanding foods.

the services are good, including an excellent pool. the room is nicely furnished and new-fashioned, comes with bathroom products and garden view, as example. the hotel provides delicious and good breakfast with chinese options and pastries, as example.

I had a fantastic stay at Jin Jiang Hotel in Shanghai. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, giving me a much-needed break from the bustling city. The architecture of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with beautiful Art Deco elements. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with good quality bedding. I particularly enjoyed being able to fully open the room windows, something that is not common in Shanghai. The surrounding area is also lovely, with charming streets to explore and great dining options nearby. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its unique atmosphere and great location. I had a wonderful experience at Jin Jiang Hotel.

My Xmas experience was not up to my expectations. The hotel was relatively clean and there was free Wi-Fi throughout the building. The location of the hotel was close to many shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were generally friendly and helpful.

There were some negative aspects to my stay. The noise levels were unbearable due to ongoing construction work which started very early in the morning, leaving me sleep-deprived during my holiday.

Breakfast only until 10:00 a.m. and there was already a lot of packing!

Jin Jiang offered a discounted price on booking sites, and what I got exceeded my expectations for that price. One of the greatest values for money I've ever got.

The hotel's exclusive amenities were exquisite. Our room was well-appointed with luxurious bedding and private facilities that were top-of-the-line. The restaurant and bar areas provided a delightful experience, offering a wide range of delicious food and drink choices. The location advantages were also a major plus, with easy proximity to nearby shopping and public transportation.

There was a small issue with the service during our stay. The hotel staff was generally courteous, but on one occasion, it took longer than expected to have a spa appointment confirmed.

The location in the French concession is stunning. Very beautiful and astounding surroundings including the hotel itself. So many important places only a walk away. Staff is courteous and knowledgable. Shopping and suit making so close by. Many intriguing places to dine.

The wing I occupied had frosted out windows in one of the most beautiful cities in The world. Maybe should have been warned or relocated to an alternative room

Better English speaking staff would be nice
